This 1959 Mercury Colony Park station wagon is finished in black over red and powered by a 383ci Marauder V8 paired with a three-speed Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission. Features include faux exterior wood paneling, a chrome roof rack, a curved windshield, a front-facing third-row seat, an electric clock, power windows, power door locks, power steering, power drum brakes, finned quarter panels, and a push-button AM radio. The wagon spent time on display at the Northeast Classic Car Museum in New York before being acquired by the fourth owner and seller in 2013 and subsequently relocated to Georgia. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 71k miles, 500 of which have been added by the seller.
The 383ci Marauder V8 is fitted with a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 322 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
